Why does the FedEx shipping weight differ from the product weight shown on the website?

Does the cylinder come empty, or is it pre-filled with refrigerant gas?
The product contains refrigerant gas that is professionally filled and sealed inside a durable steel cylinder. The cylinder is simply the container — the refrigerant inside is the actual product being purchased.
What are your shipping times, and which locations do you currently ship to?
All orders include free FedEx shipping. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours from our U.S. warehouse (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays). Delivery usually arrives within 2–4 business days, depending on the destination.
Is EPA certification required to purchase this product?
No, EPA certification is not required to purchase refrigerant from us. However, the installation, handling, and charging of refrigerant into HVAC systems should only be performed by a properly licensed technician with the appropriate EPA certification, in accordance with federal regulations and safety guidelines.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or multi-item orders?

Do you accept returns or exchanges after purchase?
Due to safety regulations and the nature of refrigerant products, shipped cylinders cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us right away and we will work with you to provide the best possible solution.
Is the refrigerant virgin product or reclaimed gas?
All of our refrigerants are 100% brand new, factory-sealed, and have never been reclaimed or recycled. We only supply virgin refrigerant products and do not distribute reused or repurposed gas.
